DIABETES TREATMENT COST
The Treatment Cost amounts to the sum of US$ 3,500.00, from which
US$ 1,000 should be canceled at the moment of registration and the
balance of US$ 2,500 should be paid in Lima at the moment of initiating
treatment.
Additionally, a monthly amount of US$ 500 should be paid for the
remaining period, to cover the cost of the capsules that will be sent
to the patient at his/her home until the end of the Treatment, in
view of the fact that for insulin-dependent diabetics this may last
for longer than the one year stipulated above. Remittance costs will
be for the account of the patient.

COST OF STAY
The stay in Peru will be for a minimum of 18 days. The daily cost of
the stay in Lima will be US$ 150, in a 5-star hotel, lodged in
a double room (the patient's companion is included):
- The patient's Diet is included in the hotel daily cost, and will be provided to him or her by the Promoter in the Hotel.
- Food (except for breakfast in the hotel) for the companion is not included.
GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE NATURAL TREATMENT OF DIABETES
- The Treatment will begin on a Monday. For this reason, we recommend arrival in Lima between Friday and Saturday.
- Patients may form groups of up to 20 people.
- Members of each group will be attended during the mornings by an assistant who speaks their native language and who will provide all their requirements during their stay in Lima.
- In cases of need, 24-hour medical assistance is guaranteed at a prime local clinic, therefore patients are reminded to keep updated medical insurance available, so as to be able to request the respective refunds.
- The cost of the stay includes the necessary clinical analyses.
- In the same way, your payment for your stay in Lima includes airport pickup and delivery at the hotel.
- At the hotel, you will be able to access the "business center" to check your mail, participate in forums, etc.
- The clinical analyses for glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol should be done by the patient in his or her country of origin within seven days before traveling.
- The patient should carry out a monthly check in his/her country of origin of glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol levels, sending results to ONGD Karin Danise, by fax 1-646-519-2431 or mail.
RECOMMENDATION: check with your medical insurance scheme whether the costs of your Natural Diabetes Treatment and of your stay in Peru can be charged for the corresponding refund.
- Payment Conditions for your stay: At the moment of registration, a nonrefundable advance payment of US$ 1,500 should be made for your stay in Lima, Peru. Any positive or negative differences in this amount will be canceled in Lima.
